The hotel's decoration is charming, with a cozy and homely feel. The general areas are clean and well-maintained, making it easy for us senior folks to move around comfortably. The hotel's accessibility for senior people is excellent, with elevators available and no steps to worry about. The children of the staff were always helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay.

I would have appreciated more entertainment options for senior guests.

We have been staying at Lufesa in Puerto Rico for a few years now and it has always been a great experience. the location is perfect, with everything you need within walking distance. the apartment is well, equipped with all the necessary self, catering equipment. We really appreciate the maid service, which takes care of the cleaning and changing of towels and bedding regularly. the pool area is well, maintained, and the pool bar staff is friendly. One extra perk is the room off reception where you can relax, use the PC, read books, and even enjoy a massage chair. Lufesa offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Cons: Nothing all excellent 👌.

Apartment is lovely and location is perfect and magnificent right by the lufesa apartments. Clean pool, really very helpful and excellent staff. Location to a sanctuary where they can get the treatment they deserve. Would stay here again, no doubt.

my apartment was lovely right by amadores beach and shops bars and restaurants. the location was marvellous and brilliant, 5 minutes' walk of an outdoor plaza. plus it was located to all the entertainment. great staff ensured a fabulous stay on your holiday. during the stay everything was nice and i got wake up calls as a compliment. all the rooms were big size with a lovely view. food for breakfast was cheap.

The apartments were fully furnished with all the necessary kitchen equipment, which was a great advantage for a worry-free self-catering holiday. the location was fantastic, with a shopping center directly across the street and the beach just a short walk away. the staff were lovely and always helpful.

The rooms were old and in need of renovation, with rusty and outdated showers. There was an extra charge for an extra bed, and the sheets on the extra bed were only changed once.

The venue has great setting to everything which suited perfectly;))

Had great stay on your holiday and received wake up calls for free, a nice bonus. The location was marvellous as I wanted short walk to the shopping centre, bars and restaurants and the clubs and bars. In fact, it was located to everything which suited perfectly.

The poolside restaurant serves excellent food at a great price, and the apartments provide fresh bread rolls every morning. Ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom keep the rooms cool, and the pool is a good size with plenty of sunbeds available. The kitchens have been recently refurbished, and all apartments now have air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center with many bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and accommodating, allowing late check-outs for a small fee.

Really good place to stay in Puerto Rico, we stayed just 4 nights. Hosts were really very helpful and excellent, even gave us room with 2 single beds. Pool area was available. Location was unbeatable and excellent, just off the center, all the restaurants and pubs and all the different bars. Also, it was based to a sanctuary where they can get the treatment they deserve.
